Delivery Terms

These Delivery Terms apply to all international orders placed on www.autohankeys.com and form an integral part of the Sales Contract between the Buyer and AutoHan Keys.
1. Shipping Method and Origin
- All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express from our facility in Ümraniye, Istanbul, Türkiye.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- All shipping costs are paid by the Buyer. AutoHan Keys does not offer free or prepaid shipping options.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- North America: 5–10 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 6–12 business days
- Middle East & Africa: 6–12 business days
Please note that customs inspections or external factors may cause slight delays.
4. Tracking
- Each order includes a DHL tracking number sent to your registered email once shipped.
- Buyers can track shipments directly on the DHL website.
- AutoHan Keys is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the Buyer.
5. Customs and Import Duties
- All international shipments are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in the Buyer’s country.
- These costs are the Buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
- AutoHan Keys is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or local courier procedures.
6. Return Shipping
- In case of a return, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Returns must be sent via tracked shipping. AutoHan Keys is not liable for lost return packages.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Buyers should check the package condition before signing for delivery.
- If the package appears damaged, do not accept it and report it to DHL immediately.
- If a shipment is lost, AutoHan Keys will initiate an investigation with DHL and offer a replacement or refund once the case is confirmed.
8. Force Majeure
AutoHan Keys shall not be liable for delays or delivery failures due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, or customs restrictions.
9. Return Restrictions
AutoHan Keys does not accept returns after delivery for any reason other than a confirmed product defect or shipment error. Buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with the product do not qualify for return or refund.
