Sales Contract

This Sales Contract ("Agreement") is made between the customer ("Buyer") and AutoHan Keys ("Seller"), a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye, operating from Ümraniye, Istanbul. By placing an order on www.autohankeys.com, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Subject of the Contract

This contract governs the international sale and delivery of automotive accessory products, including but not limited to key covers, remote shells, and related components offered by AutoHan Keys through its online platform.

2. Order and Acceptance

Orders are placed electronically via our website.

Upon successful payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to the Buyer.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, system errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

3. Product Information

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are listed on the website. The Seller makes every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot be held responsible for typographical or visual errors. Product images may differ slightly from the actual items due to photographic or display differences.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR.

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or international fees — these are the Buyer's responsibility.

Payments are processed securely via iyzico. The Seller does not store or access the Buyer's card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS or TNT from Istanbul, Türkiye.

All shipping costs are paid by the Buyer. The Seller does not offer free or prepaid shipping services.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination (generally 3–15 business days).

Shipping delays caused by customs inspections, courier issues, or force majeure events are beyond the Seller's control.

A tracking number from the relevant carrier will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.

6. Customs and Import Duties

The Buyer is solely responsible for any customs procedures, duties, or taxes applicable in their destination country. The Seller is not liable for delays or rejections caused by customs regulations.

7. Warranty and Returns

All products are carefully inspected before shipment. Returns are accepted only in cases of a confirmed product defect or shipment error.

If you believe your order is affected, please contact us at info@autohankeys.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. AutoHan Keys will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or resolution.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect selection by the Buyer, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect. The Buyer is responsible for verifying product compatibility before placing an order.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoHan Keys shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or third-party actions. The Seller's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, texts, and trademarks displayed on the website are the intellectual property of AutoHan Keys and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Force Majeure

The Seller is not responsible for non-performance or delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, or governmental restrictions.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices, unless mandatory rules of the Buyer's country dictate otherwise.

By completing a purchase on our website, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all shipping costs are borne by the Buyer and that deliveries are handled via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS or TNT.
