This policy applies to all international orders placed through www.autohankeys.com. AutoHan Keys serves exclusively international markets outside of Türkiye.
1. General Policy
All products are carefully inspected before shipment. We stand behind the quality of what we sell. Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product was shipped (shipment error on our part).
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect selection by the Buyer, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect. The Buyer is responsible for verifying product compatibility before placing an order.
2. How to Report a Defective or Incorrect Product
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@autohankeys.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect or error.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- Replacement with the correct or non-defective product.
- Partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
4. Return Shipping
- If a return is required, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by AutoHan Keys.
- Returns must be sent via tracked shipping. AutoHan Keys is not liable for lost return packages.
- Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
5. Refund Process
- Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged Packages on Arrival
- Please inspect your package before signing for delivery.
- If the package appears visibly damaged, do not accept it and report it to the carrier immediately.
- If damage is discovered after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Products that have been programmed, cut, or modified after delivery.
- Opened electronic components such as transponder chips or batteries.
- Products damaged due to improper use or installation error by the Buyer.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. AutoHan Keys can be reached at info@autohankeys.com. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the Buyer's country provide otherwise.
