This policy applies to all product and service purchases made through www.autohankeys.com. It has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Expired Withdrawal Period:
Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date.
Customized / Personalized Products:
Car keys that are specially produced, cut, coded, or modified in line with the consumer’s specific requests (e.g., keys cut or programmed according to the vehicle’s chassis/VIN number).
Commencement of Service:
Services where performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period (e.g., key repair, duplication, or programming services).
Products Unsuitable for Health and Hygiene:
Opened, used, damaged, or unsealed products such as batteries, electronic components, and similar items.
Unshipped Orders:
The Consumer may cancel the order at any time before the product has been shipped. Once the cancellation request is approved, the paid amount will be refunded within the timeframe determined by the relevant bank.
Shipped Orders:
Cancellation requests made after the product has been handed over to the courier will be evaluated under return conditions. If the product is returned without being accepted by the consumer, the return shipping cost may be borne by the Consumer.
The Consumer must notify the return or exchange request within the withdrawal period (14 days) by:
Sending an e-mail to [email protected], or
Contacting us via [Your Phone Number].
Returned products must:
Be unused, undamaged, and complete
Be returned in their original packaging
Include all accessories, invoice, and delivery note
Products with opened, damaged, worn, or non-resalable packaging will not be accepted for return
Once a valid return request is approved, the company is obliged to refund the payment within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the returned product reaches us.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Refund processing times for credit card payments may vary depending on the procedures of the relevant bank.
If the delivered product or service is found to be defective (faulty, broken, incomplete, or not matching the advertised specifications):
The Consumer must report the defect within 6 (six) months from the delivery date.
In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6502, the Consumer may choose one of the following rights:
Withdrawal from the contract and request for a refund
Requesting a price reduction proportional to the defect
Requesting free repair, provided it does not cause excessive cost
Requesting replacement with a non-defective equivalent, if possible
Note: These rights do not apply to defects caused by improper use or user error.
In the event of disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey:
Consumer Arbitration Committees located in the Consumer’s place of residence or where the transaction took place,
Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding these limits,
shall have jurisdiction.
