This ESCL/ELV Steering Lock Emulator replaces the factory steering column lock used in Opel Astra-K, Opel Insignia, Saab, Vauxhall and Chevrolet vehicles.
These models commonly experience steering lock (ELV) failure, where even a working key cannot start the vehicle because the steering lock does not release.
