Notify me when its in stockThe Toyota Lexus 40-80 Bit Steering Lock Emulator is designed to replace the faulty OEM ESCL/ELV steering lock system used in many Toyota and Lexus models from 2005 to 2019.
When the original steering lock fails, the vehicle will not start even if the key and immobilizer system are fully functional. This emulator bypasses the defective steering lock and restores ignition authorization.
Manufactured by MK3, this high-quality emulator includes built-in lock sound, stable communication, and long-lasting circuit protection.
Steering lock failure is a common issue in Toyota & Lexus vehicles. Instead of replacing the expensive OEM steering lock and programming it, this emulator provides the fastest and most economical solution.

The ELV/ESCL steering lock contains mechanical parts that may fail spontaneously.
When this failure occurs:
• The key works normally
• The ignition responds
• The vehicle will not start because the steering lock does not release
Dealership repair requires ordering a new steering lock and programming it to the vehicle — an extremely costly and time-consuming process.
This emulator replaces the entire steering lock module and restores start authorization after required programming.
Turn off the ignition.
Disconnect the OEM steering lock connector.
Connect the Toyota Lexus 40–80 Bit Emulator.
Program according to the immobilizer/key data.
When the green READY light turns on, the vehicle is ready to start.
If the red LED blinks, clear the stored fault with any diagnostic tool.
